Our direct access to these talented artists allows us to work with each client to deliver on their vision. Julia Reed Nichols (Creative Director) is a Pin-Up, Performer, and Producer based in Vegas but constantly on the road. As a self-made entrepreneur, she has grown a volunteer project into a six-figure company by making fundraising FUN and creating entertainment with a purpose. When not working behind the scenes, Julia can be found entertaining our Military Veterans as a burlesque performer with Pin-Ups on Tour or co-hosting “Better Than Sex”, a podcast that educates its users on the top stories in sexual news. Julia is an accomplished producer with over 500 events under her belt, totaling more than $1MILLION+ raised for various charitable causes since starting her career in 2012. Her heartfelt and glitzy work has been featured on America’s Got Talent, The Queen Latifah Show, The Hallmark Channel, The Military Channel, The Game Show Network, E! Online, US Weekly, Daily Mail, and more.
Monica Ayotte (Marketing Manager) is was born in Miami and raised in Orlando, where she went to UCF and then moved to Las Vegas in 2009. In 2010 she started working a s cashier at TAO Nightclub where she was promoted to Box Office Manager for TAO, LAVO and Marquee. After leaving TAO she took a break to spend time with her 3 kids before joining another event company at the end of 2017. In 2020 that company closed and she spent the next year and a half homeschooling 4 children and taking care of everything at home. Monica has 3 children and 1 step son, Val (17), Max (16), Xander (9) and Scarlett (6). On her days off, Monica enjoys playing World of Warcraft and exploring abandoned towns/buildings with her family or going off-roading with her husband.
Amber is a creative designer and illustrator whose passion for helping people translate their creative ideas onto paper began the moment she could hold a crayon. After graduating with a degree in graphic and web design, she worked with clients with various needs ranging from complete rebranding to digital and print marketing materials. In addition, she has worked on style guide books, logo designs, social media graphics, flyers, business cards, web graphics, and book illustrations. You will find Amber hanging out with her kids or attending a creative workshop on her off time.

Kat Thomas (Secretary) is a creative brand specialist. Previously she was the Director of Digital Media for the Brady, Brannon, & Rich Talent Agency.Visually Kat is an accomplished photographer with clients such as Exxon Mobile, SeaRiver, Pin-Ups for Vets 2016 Calendar, and the Surf City Yacht Club. She has directed more over 15 films that have been featured on Funny or Die, the Funny Women Festival, and Westside Comedy Theatre. As a wordsmith Kat has written an existential vampire novel, 2 comedy screenplays, and Edible Skinny, a travel and food blog of which she is the editor. As a performer Kat’s work as been featured at The Sundance Film Festival, The Moth, The Magic Castle, LA Fashion Week, and the El Cid.
